Re: The untimely passing of an IFBB Pro...
Wow, god bless his friends and family.......This is an awesome sport that we do, but too many good, hard working, ambitious BB's are passing on way too early.........I've been BB for 23 years and first competed 21 years ago....2003 I was 315 before I began dieting and since then have woken up......I will never do that again and have involved much more cardio and REGULAR checkups into my program......C'mon it's as simple as getting an EKG and blood work.....If things are not normal than make the necessary changes......Every BB should be using co q10 150 mg day( for normal cardiac rythm and cardio myopathy (every big BB has a hypertrophic heart), taurine 1500 mgs day (Congestive heart failure), B-6 100 mg day(homocysteine prevention), Folic acid 800 mc day(also homocysteine), Magnesium 750 (cardiac rythm) fish oils 3000 day (normal blood fats), pantatheine 1500 day (for hdl and cholesterol).........We need to begin helping our sport instead of killing it............And for those that say this shouldn't be on this thread......Too bad.....Read and Learn.........God bless Don Younblood and his family.
